Service calls are included in our concierge contracts and in our annual grounds and building maintenance contracts. A receptionist is available at all times to assist you with your service calls and will meet your needs in the event of an emergency. Our concierges are trained for all situations,   whether for an inspection following an urgent request or even securing a place after a disaster. If necessary, a detailed report followed by advice can be provided.
